CONFERENCE ADD-ON'S
Certificate of Participation: $50*
This certificate will state that the educator (attendee registered) earned contact hours of in-service credit by attending the Arts Schools Network National Conference. The certificate [pdf] will be emailed after conference attendance is confirmed.
*Each state determines acceptable in-service renewal credits/hours; please check with your state’s Department of Education.
 Conference Cancellation Policy
  • The deadline for refunds is Friday, September 19, 2025 subject to a $300 USD administrative cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations must be received in writing via e-mail to [email protected].
  • Cancellations received after September 19, 2025 will not be eligible for refunds.
  • The Arts Schools Network (ASN) reserves the right to cancel the annual conference in the event of a national emergency, a severe weather event, or a health crisis that prevents a convening of the registered attendees.  Every attempt will be made to reach a decision on cancellation ahead of the event, although weather related issues might not allow this practice to occur.
  • ASN has multiple year contracts with our hotels and associated vendors.  In addition, contacts for headliners and keynote speakers are arranged a year in advance with travel expenses already incurred.  In the event of a cancellation the ASN will not be able to offer any type of refund for registrations that have already taken place.
  • Refunds will not be made to registrants who choose not to attend the conference.
